F.C. Dadson is a Retail and Commercial cabinetry manufacturer seeking Machine Operators on 1st and 2nd shift. We're looking to hire confident, reliable, self-driven individuals that work well in a team environment as well as alone. We are looking for 1st and 2nd shift CNC Machine Operators to facilitate our manufacturing process, uphold quality and safety standards and manage the equipment and supplies. This includes CAD programming, machine setup, operation and machine maintenance. This position requires careful understanding of milling strategies and an ability to develop and implement new production and tooling methods. Someone with experience on a Nested Router would be ideal.

Competencies:

• Knowledge of unit measures and ability to operate hand tools.
• Quality inspection of products for cracks, chips and laminate defects.
• Excellent prioritization, organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
• Able to work independently with limited supervision.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift and carry up to 100 pounds.
• Able to complete an 8+ hour work day on your feet.
• Able to work overtime as needed dependent on workload.

1st shift hours: 6:00am-2:30pm Monday-Friday
2nd shift hours: 2:30pm-1:00am Monday-Thursday (flexible schedule)
